Cancellation policy
Please note by paying the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
During peak season (School holidays Easter &New Year) the full balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. If stay is cancelled and the cottage is able to be re-let for the booked period then a refund will apply subject to a $50 administration fee, otherwise full tariff is non refundable.
